X-mas Dinner RSVP Sheet.
Please RSVP if you're are planning on attending, RSVP'ing will help us figure out how much food we need to purchase. If you wanna bring a side or desert denote that in your comment.
The Club is providing the main course, tableware (plates, napkins, cutlery) and beverages.
