About HAAS KC

Welcome to the Heart of America Aquarium Society of Kansas City! Our organization, founded in 1950, aims to educate and connect aquarium enthusiasts. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, our society is the perfect place to share knowledge and make fishy friends!

We hold monthly meetings every second Saturday, featuring guest speakers, a Themed Bowl Show, and a Mini Auction. These meetings are open to the public, so anyone can join in the fun!

We also offer Breeders Awards Program (BAP) and Horticulturalist Award Program (HAP), along with two annual auctions (Spring & Fall) and swaps (Spring & Summer) that are free to attend. Join us for these events and grow your aquatic knowledge!

Stay connected through our forum and meetups, and dive into the world of aquatic plants, fish, and invertebrates!
